Reprint Payroll Checks

Post by lauragilbert »

Is there not a way to reprint payroll checks? I answered no to the reprint but as it turns out, I need to reprint them. They are still unposted. It seems like there should be a way to reprint without posting, then voiding, then reprinting.

Thank You!

You can delete the unposted payroll. You can do an individual check, or all the checks processed. The system "should" ask if you want to create 'unused' check entries in Funds Accounting. This is for an audit trail so that the checks already printed are accounted for. Just mark those checks VOID or UNISSUED with a marker and store with your other check stubs.
