UNAUDITED at the top of the report means an auditor hasn't verified this particular report. When that report has been verified, the auditor would simply cross out the UNAUDITED notation and sign it.

Does this still hold true in Version 11? It has been awhile since the posted answer so I'm just wondering. We're having a CPA come in a couple weeks to audit previous years. Thank you.
