Reconcile multiple cash accounts to one bank account

We use one major checking account with the bank for all of our Funds combined. Can I keep my cash balances per fund in seperate accounts (for example 01-1111-000, 02-1111-000, 03-111-000 etc.) and still be able to reconcile them as one bank account?

Yes. The bank reconciliation just keys in on the 4 digit account number (in your example 1111).
