Fund Accounting

I read in the manual that PCP does fund accounting but I don't see the details of how it manages transfers between funds.
Is there a procedure to set up the automatic transfer of funds when one, for example, pays an expense for a special fund (say Youth Activities) out of the General Fund or one deposits fees into the General Fund for a trip sponsored by the Youth Group?
