please help, our church's bookkeeper will begin to use Power Church. We are using v11.5, we are password protected on the office computer However, I cannot find how to add her as a user, please help. I went to User set up but it didn't help.

Click on File, Preferences, then Passwords. Then click on the User Profiles box. Please note that you need to be logged in as the System Administrator in order to be able to do this.

I have a follow-up question to this post. Can I add (as SysAdmin) another user (non SysAdmin) who can add users to modules that they only have access to. For example, can someone with full rights only in the Accounting module be given rights to add/change user rights to others in the Accounting module?

No. Only the System Administrator can do this.
