Hi! This is Tina from Kilpatrick Church, PowerChurch Plus V.11.5

We have one bank account, but two accounting funds. When I transfer from one fund to another fund, it does not actually transfer at the bank. So, how do I balance the bank statements against the ledger?

If you are transferring from the same account, just in two different funds, then the transaction will show up with a $0 amount. The Reconcile Bank Accounts screen only asks for the middle four digits of the account number (the major account) to reconcile and it consolidates transactions from all funds (the first two digits of the account number) and sub-accounts (the last three digits of the account number)
