Fiscal Period

Our church changed its Fiscal year from September-August to January-December. But, its first budgeted fiscal year is a 16 month one - September 2017-December 2018. Is it possible to have a 16 month fiscal year in PCP or should I do a 4 month then a 12 month?

It will have to be a four month year. September 2017 to December 2017.
When you get to January 2018, change the setting in PowerChurch under File > Preferences > Accounting Setup. Fiscal year begins with the month of: January. Then you can start the 12 month year.
