941 tax deposit vs payments due vendors

should these two reports yield the same result for the same period. The payments due vendors properly reflects the amounts taken from payroll but the 941 tax deposit doesn't. Confused. verison 12

If you haven't posted payroll, then the 941 report won't reflect the unposted amounts.
