I have an HP Deskjet 3745 printer. It prints checks fine. It will not print reports from anywhere in PowerChurch. The letters and numbers pile up on top of each other. I have even tried to print landscape. It prints fine from other programs.
You need to get the Maintenance release for version 9. This issue was particular to specific printers running on windows 98 and was fixed in June of last year.
