cafeteria plans

How do other churches use power church to handle cafeteria plans. For example, pre-tax dollars for medical insurance?
This is definitely a question for an accountant or one of our Teaching Consulants!
Is the item tax-exempt from everything? If so you can simply add a negative income item.
If it is exempt from some items can you be a little more specific and maybe we can help.
