We are running version 14. Every time I try to run a report, I receive a fatal error message box and it shuts the program down. It didn't start doing that until after doing an update. How can I fix this?

What is the error message?

It varies by report, but this is the one that showed up when I tried to run a report for online contributions.

That is a strange one, especially to be happening every time you run a report.

I'm guessing there is something external interfering/interrupting the process.

It didn't start doing that until after doing an update.

What was it that you updated? It has been a couple of months since the last Maintenance Release.

It started right after that. It was a really busy couple of months and I didn't need to run any reports so I put off checking on it.
