I can neither print nor copy and paste the new 941 report. Appears that our software should provide for printing reports and for the copy & paste function. Or is there some method that I don't understand?

To clarify this item, I was referring to printing specific pages of the report, not the entire report

When you click the Print button, you should get the standard windows print dialog. This allows you to change which printer you would like to print to, what pages to print and other items.
The Copy and Paste, you may need to save the report as a Word document or a PDF. This will allow you to grab large areas of text.
