Fund Transfer not showing up correctly

I am a bit behind on my reconciliation but was working on reconciling May accounts.
Every month we transfer money from our -01 general account to our -05 building fund.

When I do the transfers, it looks like this:
01-1315 CR
01-9050 DB

05-1315 DB
05-9550 CR

This has always worked in the past. In May, I did both transactions and they both show up in View Posted Transactions, however, when I try to reconcile the account, the Debit amount is missing in the check register so the account won't reconcile. I went back and double checked all my info to make sure I didn't enter numbers in error and everything is correct. I have no idea how to proceed. This happened in an additional fund as well.

Are these two separate accounts at the bank? The details of the transaction you enter referenced the same bank account number (1315) in each fund. This tells PowerChurch that it is the same physical account, just split into two different accounting funds. The Reconcile screen likely shows a $0 transaction because no money actually moved in that transaction.
