using Power Church Plus ver 14.4 - user since 2015.
I'm trying to file the 1st qtr Form 941.When I run the program to create the form, I get $20451.99 in Box 2, Wages, tips and other compensation. But if I print the From 941 Calculation report, I get $19198.59, which matches the side XL file that I maintain.
The generated Form 941 also shows $320 in FIT withheld. But the Form 941 Calculation report shows, accurately, the $90 that was actually withheld.
Is there another report I can use to see where this discrepancy is?

1st off ... you have installed the latest MR, right?
2nd .. how do you deposit, monthly, quarterly ??
3rd .. Did you update the tax tables for 2025, if so, when?
4th .. Run an reindex of the database.
Have you run the Selected Items report from Payroll, do that by employee, you may find a discrepancy there. If none of that works, you may have to call PowerChurch directly.

Thanks, Neil,
I had downloaded the MR but not installed it. That seemed to do the trick (I had not gotten an email or notice when I opened the program that there was one to install).
As an aside, I have never updated the tax tables as the only employee who has FIT or SIT withheld only has specific dollar amounts (ours is her second job)
Thanks for the reminder about the MR.

Yep .... usually that is the first thing I ask, and it takes care of things.
