I set up PowerChurch in July of last year. I exited as if I was finished by mistake. I have outstanding checks that didn't get entered during setup. Can I manually add them, reconcile them, and then reverse them to keep my balances correct? or will that throw off reconciliation? Any suggestions?
We budget by calendar year and entered the first six months as a lump sum.

This may be more work than you need. I would think that as long as your current year's beginning balances are correct, just keep these and the paperwork (cancelled checks and/or bank reconciliation statement) available for your auditor.F12Mahon wrote:I set up PowerChurch in July of last year. Just a followup. I Restarted Funds accounting and started Jan. 1 2011. I now have all expenses correct. Now when the financial secretary gets contributions figured out, we'll be golden!
