Error When Trying to Transfer Files From V.8.0 to V.9

I've installed V.9 on a networked drive. I am using Windows XP. When I click on the V.9 icon to finish the installation, the transfer of the files works ok initially. However, when it gets to file "COSCAN.DBF" the installation stops with the following error message:

Program: FRM_PC1SETUP.CONVERT_COFILES
Line 268
Error: 3
Message: File is in use

Does anyone know what would be causing this problem? How can I fix it? I'm dead in the water right now.

P.S. I have ensured that no one else is on the network.

Your upgrading from a version prior to VFP 8.5. Download and install the latest MR and upgrade again.
