I am totally new at this. No training whatsoever. In Accounting, I request "View Posted Transactions" I only get January records, but I know that there should be entries for Feb, Mar and April. Wonder why I do not see them?

Did you post any for those months ?? Check the Modify Unposted Transactions function to see if there are any there.

I do suggest that you get hold of a copy of the Powerchurch manual (or just press the F1 key to get the online help). This can give you a lot of info on what the different functions are.

Also, you may want to look at the online training that Powerchurch offers.

Did you close January?

Click on Accounting in the top menu. The last item in the menu tells you your current working month.

You may have posted everything to January if that is your current working month.

To close the end of month, click on Accounting / Fund Accounting / Close Month
