941 tax return

When filing the 941 tax return, in the 941 assistant, line 13 and the tax liability for each month correctly populates but when I go to print the pdf form, the first box in line 16 is automatically checked, when it appears the box for "You were a monthly schedule depositor for the entire quarter" should be checked, and the monthly tax liabilities are not populated. Do I have to make these changes manually every time? I looked back at the first 3 quarters for 2025 and realize I sent in the tax return with the first box checked rather than the 2nd and don't know if it matters as long as my monthly electronic deposits are correct for what is owed. For more information, Line 12 is more than $2500 for this quarter and previous quarters and I make monthly deposits.
