Account reconciliation

I am reconciling in v. 11 - I have two items that are in my statement that are not appearing in the reconciliation in PC for the month BUT they are in the Posted Transactions in FA. What do I need to do?? They are AP transactions. Thank you - Elida Jacobs

Uncheck the box at the top of the reconciliation screen to show transactions dated after the statement date. If that still doesn't show the missing transactions, take a look at them in the View Posted Transactions screen on the detail tab and verify that they actually did affect the account you are trying to reconcile.
