Payroll Item Descriptions for FICA/Med

Should payroll item descriptions for FICA and Medicare be classified as "Tax Deduction" as opposed to "Other Deduction"? Thank you.
Yes, those are tax deductions.
"Other deductions" would be things like retirement, health insurance, etc. that aren't taxes.
