Print 941 Report Error

Print 941 Report Error

I receive the following error when trying to "Print 941 Report" from the 941 Assistant...

PROGRAM: FRMPR941.PROCESS941
LINE: 49
ERROR: 1102
MESSAGE: Cannot create file
c:\programdata\powerchurch\pcplus11\print941.exe.

If I start PCPlus with "Run As Administrator" (I using Windows 7) then the report is created. Is this really a requirement for this report? Nothing else seems to require this elevated priviledge.
