PAYROLL

:) I am using v.11 and wanted to know if you can process multiple payroll transactions before printing all of them - I am only able to do on at a time right now and think there has to be a way of doing all at once - one printing when all processed??? Thank you - Elida Jacobs

You should be able to print all checks for one pay group at a time. Do you have each person in their own separate pay group?

As Zorak says, you should be able to print all the payroll checks under one group.

We have three payroll groups:

1. Twice a month paychecks: Minister, Secretary, hourly janitor
2. Once a month paycheck: Organist
3. Previous Employees (this is kept for historical purposes per the IRS).

When we process payroll on the 15th, we run the 'twice a month' group. At the end of the month, we process the "twice a month' and 'once a month' group.

Okay, looking further at the manual, I see that you can process only one pay group at a time and that is what I have been doing. So no way to print all groups at the same time??? Thanks - Elida

That is correct. One pay group at a time.
