Setting up 1099 employee
I am setting up a 1099 employee in V. 11 - how exactly do I do that as far as pay tiems and marking him as a 1099 employee?? Thank you - Elida Jacobs

Basically, you would not cover this person in Payroll, but in Accounts Payable.

Neil is correct. You would set the employee up in Accounts Payable just like any vendor. The Payroll is intended for regular W2 employees.
