On a few employees, the calculations for their taxes is incorrect. This is only happening on a few people. For example: One employee has Gross Income of 9600.00 but their Box 2 says $10,132. Box 3 says $10,003.20 and Box 4 says $9,739.20. State tax reads $10,027.21. Please advise.

Can you click on Maintain List of Employees / Pay Items tab and see what pay items are attached to the employees that are reporting oddly?
See if the Gross Salary in the upper right reports the correct amount.
If the employees that are reporting incorrectly have a unique Pay Item, then investigate that, first.

I don't see any differences in the list of pay items.

Sorry to say that this one is hard to diagnose without seeing the setup and some reports.
Are you saying that the incorrect employee pay items are identical to the correct employee pay items?
Both groups have the exact same Pay Items?

What version are you using? And by box 2, are you looking at the W2? Box 2 on a W2 should be Federal taxes withheld and not income amounts at all. If you are on version 10 or prior, then it is likely that you have too many items checked on the W2 tabs of the employees pay items. Income items would normally be something like boxes that say wages like 1,3,5 and maybe 16,17 and 18 if applicable. For a Federal tax deduction item, as an example, only 2 should be checked.
