We've been using PC+ since at least Jan. 2004. In all that time reconciliation has never come out right so it is now a total mess. A few weeks ago I found on PC's website how to bring all that back to zero, but I can't find it again. Could you repeat it here or direct me to it, but maybe include some details of what to do?

Also, since it's supposed to be "bank" reconciliation, why are journal entries included? I think that's what might have thrown everything into a cocked hat.

The journal entries are included because they are affecting the account balance that you are trying to reconcile against the bank statement.
