I am using Ver 11. I tried to download the miantenance release. It gives me an error code 32 and it says that the program is being used by another process. What does it mean and what do I do to download. Thanks, Nancy

Nancy, were you using the built-in update system ?? What I would do is shut down the program, restart and try again. If you still get an error, you can manually download it and install the update by going to www.powerchurch.com/mr.
