I have some employees that have been victims of identity theft and want to know if I can remove their SS#'s from their paydtubs. I have looked a little and don't see this option anywhere. Am I missing it or is there no way to do it?

Click on File > Preferences > Accounting Setup. Then select the Payroll Tab. there you will find a selection to Print Social Security number on payroll check stubs. Uncheck it and the SS number will no longer print on the stub.

If you have more than one user that prints payroll checks all will need to make this change. If you make the change as System Admin I believe it will change it for all users.

Just checked and found that if you make the change in any one profile it changes them all. So there is no need for others to make the change
