My pastor wrote a check for a conference he was to attend and made a copy of it for me to enter into PC+. I duly entered this check using the Maintain Manual Checks instructions, with Post now selected "yes."

The problem is...the check did NOT appear in the View Posted Transactions report. It did not appear in any report that I can find. It's not in the check register, either. This is worse than my grandson going to school and telling the teacher, "my dog ate it...err, the printer ate it."

Help?

And I'm guessing you posted in Funds Accounting ... and the original manual check shows up in the Accounts Payable reports ??
