I was entering checks manually when on my 7th entry it would no longer let me enter. When trying to enter the ck # it would go down to amount and visa versa with no entry being allowed. The warning either says vendor ID is missing or Reference ID is missing. I am going crazy. Has anyone had this problem before?

1: what version of Powerchurch are you using??
2: when was the last time you reindexed the database files.
A reindex usually occurs automatically when you restore a file, but if you haven't reindexed in a few months or more, I'd run the reindex from the UTILITIES menu. It usually fixes a few issues.

Check to make sure your NumLock is still turned on. Often if you hit it and turn it off, you will see this kind of behavior.
