Payroll Report by Department

Hello,

Does anyone know how I can get a payroll report that is broken out by department and then totaled? For example...:

sub-total pastors
sub-total admin
sub-total janitorial

Then TOTAL Payroll

I tried using the Item Summary Report but I have to print out a report for each department and then a total sheet. I would really like to get it all on one report.

There are quite a few options with Pay Items and Departments. There are too many variables to give you an answer without knowing how you have things setup.

You may want to play around with the Custom Codes and see if you can get what you are looking for.
