Liability Report

On the former software we used there was a report I ran everymonth to figure payroll taxes and it would list all the employees and taxes separately to show how much I had to pay for federal, ss, medicare and state. Where would I find this report in powerchurch?

Try Payroll / Reports / Selected Payroll Data
I think sort by "item number" will give you the information you need.

ok, thanks for that information. I'll look for it, we pay payroll tax monthly and send in quarterly reports and that's where i'd get the info.
Is that pretty much the norm for most PC users and do

The system can create the 941 report for Federal taxes for you.

You can also get the information for the monthly deposit amounts under Accounting > Payroll > Reports Payroll > 941 Tax Deposit
