In previous versions I could print monthly account summaries and fit all data in portrait mode, but now it requires landscape to include the same info onto one sheet. This requires a lot more printing time and paper.

Please advise how I can delete or compact columns to allow portrait printing of data.

Are you talking about the account activity report? If so, this report was reformatted in a maintenance release for version 9 from landscape to portrait, trying getting the latest MR to see if that makes a difference.

Downloaded pcp9mr, but account activity data still does not fit into a portrait page. If there was someway to eliminate a column or decrease font size, would solve the problem.

Any other suggestions?

Are you sure the MR is installed correctly? If you go to to help -> about powerchurch plus. On the system information tab it will list the program date, make sure the date listed in 12/23/2004. If it is not, the MR was not installd correctly. On this same tab the folder wher PCPLUS is installed is listed, make sure the MR is being installed to this location.

Jeff, you are correct that it evidently did not install properly, although I did not receive an error message during download. What should I do now--try to download again?

In terms of the folders on the system information tab you mentioned, they both say PCPlus9. Are you referring somehow to where I should direct installation during download?

The process for installing a MR is that you download an install program that then updates your PowerChurch Plus program. To do this:

Download the PCP9MR.exe from our website and save it on your computer like on your desktop.

When the download is complete, run the pcp9mr program to update you PowerChurch Plus program.

When the install program asks where to install the MR, make sure it is installing to the program directory that you listed in the About PowerChurch Plus screen.
