Multiple W2 for a single employee

How do I print W2s according to SS# rather than employee #?
I am using PC9.
Ok so our church has multiple sources of income. We have a daycare center and a second campus, all of which are managed out of our office and on power church. Each has its own asset account set up so we only have to keep one bank account and we can know how much each operation has to work out of.
In order to have all of the taxes charged where they were supposed to be we would have to print separate checks for anyone working for one than one of the different operations. For instance we have a young lady that worked for our daycare and got a check from that, she cleaned our second campus and got a check from that, and would work in the nursery in our main campus also receiving a check form that. To do this she has three separate employee numbers, because if I placed all three of her different incomes on a single employee number the taxes would either be pulled from only one asset or all three assets would pull from all three incomes. Neither of these options would keep our books and the taxes correct so she has three employee numbers.
So now I need to find a way to print the W2s according to SS# rather than employee #, any ideas?
