Not a major issue, as we used the admin's personal email address, but the email address entry for the W-3 form is just not large enough for an email address like "office@ohmywhatalongdomainnames.org", which is the actual length of the domain name (25 characters not counting the .org).

When you go to the SSA online submission page, and enter the email there, the system takes the entry, and enters it on the W-3s that are generated there.

We didn't use the printed W-3 from Powerchurch (saved it as church copy), but if someone was using the online filing feature from Powerchurch, it could cause an issue.

Thanks for your post...good point. We will be increasing the email address field length to 40 characters, which is the maximum Nelco permits. This will be fixed in the next Maintenance Release.
