Checking account negative on Balance Sheet

When I run my reports for the past month, the balance sheet shows a negative balance in the checking account. This I know is not correct, but after hours of poring over all the transactions and everything else that I can imagine to do, I still cannot get it to give me a blalance even close to what it should be. I know I have not given you much to work with here, but if you have any suggestions, I would appreciate the help.

The balance sheet, and the checking account are showing two separate things. Here's a thread that could help you figure this out.
