How to remove posted duplicate contributions

Is there a way to remove posted duplicate contribution entries? Thanks, Gene

In the Contributions module, you will have to enter the negative of each entry.

In the Fund Accounting module, you can make on reversal entry for the entire contribution.

I don't know of any short cuts in the Contributions module.

This is the only way to do this. Just make sure that you enter the reversal entry for the same date it was entered.

However, you can post the changes directly to Funds Accounting, as the system will make the proper reversal entries for you. If that month is closed, you can edit the transaction in FA before posting, and that will make the accounts correct, although any previous closed month reports will be off !!
