Contribution reports address label

Is there a way to change the margins on the contribution reports that are mailed to members? We do not have pre-printed forms, we just use the computer default to generate the report. We send the reports in a #10 windows envelope. If I fold the paper in exact thirds, the members address label is too high on the page. It is off by at least 1/2 inch, maybe one inch. Currently I just fold as necessary to get the address to show properly in the window envelope. It just makes the folded page look strange.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Do you use a double window envelope ?? We use a folding machine as well as double window envelopes and they work out fine. No need to add an imprinted return address, and everything lines up perfectly.

We use these from Staples:

4-3/16" x 9", Double-Window Envelopes for Laser Forms,
Gummed Closure, White, 1000/Box
Item No. 381911

Hope this helps.

Doug,

Same here, but I get my envelopes from Office Depot:
Columbian brand #CO165.
3 7/8 x8 7/8: number 9 double window env.

I also send them to the printers to get our bulk rate number printed in the corner. Carpal tunnel doesn't let me stamp that many envelopes.

I also use the default and not a letterhead.
If you fold the Contribution Statement on the line above the word CONTRIBUTIONS it will fit perfectly into the envelope.

We send them out first class, and have members of our Stewardship Committee help stuff and stamp.

It used to take us 4 hours before we got the paper folder, now it takes about an hour and a half.
