Is there a way to pull a report listing those who have pledged for the first time ever? ...Similar to the first time contributor report.

Although the Those Who Pledged Last Year But Not This Year sounds like it only reports on those who haven't pledged this year, you can actually set it to check for those who have pledged this year, but not last year (or a number of years).

Its actually quite flexible.
