This is an odd one.

I have a donation that shows up in the View Posted Contributions view, but not anywhere else: not in the Account Activity, the Selected Contributors report or in an Individual Contribution Statement.

How can this be? What do I do to correct this?

If it were only missing from Account Activity, that would be an easy one - you just didn't post to Fund Accounting. However, since it's not showing up in either of those contribution reports, that is indeed odd. All 3 places (View Posted, Statements, and Selected Contributors) pull from the same data - CO.DBF.

You may try reindexing. Also, make sure you are looking at the right dates. View Posted Contributions shows you everything regardless of date. The other reports do use a date range. Pay close attention to the date in View Posted Contributions. 05/21/0004 is not the same as 05/21/2004.
