Contribution Statement with selected funds

I would like to be able to run contribution reports filtering out funds that do not qualify as tax deductible or that simply do not need to be on a contribution statement. It appears that I can select a "range" of funds to include in the contribution statement but not "multiple" funds. Example: How would I run a contribution report to include fund #1, #2, #7, #9, #12, & #19? Thank you!

There's no way to do this in the reports.
What we did in our system was to put the 'non-reportable' funds in a numeric range over 50.
What you can do now is change the fund numbers to move the non-reportable funds to another range. So if you have no funds (or only non-reporting funds) in the numeric range over 20, renumber those other funds to numbers over 20. This will leave the reportable funds under 20, so you can then select funds 1 thru 20 and get them on the statement.
However you will need version 10.4 and have the latest maintenance release installed to be able to change the contribution fund numbers.
Hope this helps.
