Overpaid pledges

When a annual pledger overpays his pledge before the end of the year, and we print a statement for them, it shows a positive balance on the "Pledge Balance Outstanding" line. It looks like there is a balance still owing rather than an overpaid balance.
I want to know if I can get this balance to print with a minus sign.
We do not want to eliminate this line, nor change their pledge to zero it out.

You might want to go a step further and:
1. Set the pledge outstanding balance to -zero- and/or
2. Indicate that the balance is in excess of the pledged amount
3. Show both the annual pledge amount and actual amount for easy understanding.

Good idea?

Also, make sure you have the latest Maintenance Release. There was an issue with the +/- signs in a previous release. To download the latest one go to http://www.powerchurch.com/mr/.

The maintenance release did fix the issue with the +/- signs.
What our financial secretary did, was add a note using the form provided, explaining that if you see a balance at the end of the year, the balance is over and above the yearly pledge, and the church thanks you.
