Custom report of tasks in events module

I'm wanting a columnar report showing the folks assigned duties at the upcoming Sunday Worship services, i.e. Deacons, Elders, Greeters, etc. I'd like to have these grouped according to task. I keep getting a message telling me no records are found that match my query. We run Windows XP and PowerChurch Plus 10. Thanks!

FWIW ... if you could list what you're querying on, it would help the guys and gals at Powerchurch with your query issue.
IE: show what the query looks like, such as:
(title is equal to greeter or
title is equal to Elder or
title is equal to Deacon) and
(task is equal to something or
task is equal to something-else)
(all names are examples only)
