Report by Role with Cell Phone

I am trying to create a report of an activity group listing with role included, i.e. asst. teacher, teacher, director, etc. I was able to generate a report like this under Activities & Skills/Reports/Selected Activities & Skills. Unfortunately, the report is no customizable and cannot include a cell #. I was able to generate another report under Activities & Skills/Reports/Address & Phone Directories but when I do it does not include the role that each team member plays. Can anyone help me?
