Family Membership Report - Does Not Show Children

Post by Pam »

Hello!

For some reason, I am having trouble pulling a "tagged" report that gives me the parents and children grouped together on the same report. The children are not pulling forward to the report at all.

I have tried all of the Family Mailing Reports. I can pull from personal profiles, but that would not give me a grouped listing.

I don't recall ever having this issue before. I have been able to pull family reports in the past. I'm sure that I am overlooking something!

I am needing a report that shows: Mother, Father, Children, Birthdates, Mailing Address and Phone Numbers.

Thanks for your help!

Unfortunately, there isn't an option on the Personal Profile family grouped report that allows you to only select 'tagged' families, as its setup to select by personal profile code, and the family tag is only found on the Mailing List Profile.

That said, you can use the family grouped report and export it to text or MS Word, then delete all those families you don't want to use.

This may be a good idea to add to the wishlist, either as a st andalone report, or an additional option on the current grouped report.
