New Field in db

Post by dynamite_the_only »

I would like to insert a new field in the database - specifically one that keeps track (ideally) sets an alarm - of those in membership that have police checks on file.

can you please help?

thank you

You don't need to add a field to the data table. We provide 10 user definable code fields for each person. You can use one of these fields to indicate if a police check has been completed. You might want to also use one of the 7 user definable date fields to indicate when the check was done.

Set the field names in File > Preferences > Personal Profiles Setup > Codes tab.

Add new code values to the fields in Membership > Personal Profiles > Maintain Custom Codes.

There are no alarms that can be set.
