Is it possible to Quick Tag an entire group of personal profiles that are in a single Activity Code (such as all members of the Church Council)? We want to download their contact information to an excel spreadsheet.

I don't believe that is possible. That said, you can using the standard Activity report Address & Phone Directory create the report and save that as an Excel spreadsheet, you would have to manipulate the data to move it to where you wanted it.

The another option is to create a Activity mail merge file which would get you the names and addresses, but you'd have to add any email and phone numbers manually.

Finally, you can create a custom Activity report that will pull the all the data you select from the database based on the activity, and save that as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.
