Cannot do anything but print a custom report

Postby chucksings » Fri Feb 26, 2010 9:49 pm

Why is this?

I cannot seem to get any of the file formats to print to anywhere on my root drive (c:\).

Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?

Thanks

Nevermind, your question on the Pocket Powerchurch forum answered this one.

In the Powerchurch ONLINE forum, there was a question similar to this one.

This thread has a number of things to check: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=4374

Thanks for helping here and in the Pocket PC section.

I did go and read the post you recommended and the information there steered me in the right direction.

But for the record the root C:\ drive on my computer is actually assigned to N:\ on the PC servers. The counsel earlier was that one's root drive would be seen as M:\.

In any case --- I am up and saving to N:\ and am quite happy.

The root drive letter depends on what other drives you have on the machine. So while many will see their C: drive as M:, if they have two CD or DVD drives, or another physical hard drive, theirs may show as N: or higher.
