How can I delete a user in Power Church? Can't seem to find the users list for maintaining. Advise please. Thanks.

First off you need to login as System Administrator. Then go to File > Passwords > User Profile. You can then delete users as needed.

There was an old bug in Version 10, I think, that you couldn't delete users even if you were logged in as System Admin. Be sure you have downloaded the latest Maintenance Release for your version at http://powerchurch.com/mr

How do I log in as admin? It has been years since we set this up. Do I need to call customer service?

There is a built-in user called System Admin. If you don't know the password anymore, you would have to contact tech support for a password override request.
