Visitation Reports

Postby SueGroves » Tue Oct 26, 2010 10:35 am

I am trying to run a custom visitation report and would like the "Visitation Notes" to be printed...Is that possible? If so, how is it done?

I believe it is the "results" field.

It just prints out memo - no notes are there.

Are you actually printing, or are you saving to Excel (or some other file type) THEN printing?

In printed output, the custom report writer can print the contents of Memo fields. In any other type of output (to file) it only prints "Memo".

When you are browsing the query results, you have 'Browse query results' checked and get the Excel looking sheet, you will only see the word "memo" in there. You can double click on "memo" and see the notes.

If you have the output set to a form, it should open a Setup form layout screen. If you have that field on that form, you should then be able to see the notes included in that field.
