Unlisted Numbers in Church Directory

I am trying to print two different church directories. One is for our members and regular attenders to have. The second is for our Pastor which includes unlisted numbers and more people.

I currently have to go into each person's profile who has an unlisted number, email, etc. make it listed,print the Pastor's directory then go back and change everything to unlisted. Is there something easier I can do? I know the point of having the "unlisted" option is to avoid printing those items in the directory. We are using PC 11 and are not using web based so he does not have the access to PC to easily obtain this information.

Try giving the pastor the Selected Names, Addresses, and Phones report. It allows you to include unlisted phone numbers and e-mails. It isn't formatted as nice as a church directory, but I'm guessing that won't be as important for his purposes.
